Mountbatten Estates have set up a training arm for the business to help educated and improve people's knowledge within the property development world. We deep dive into the planning system, how to source off-market properties, how to analyse and how to monetise these opportunities.
An example of such would be training various virtual assistants from the Philippines on site-finding. We have equipped our employees with substantial knowledge of the off-market site finding pipeline. This system enables other developers to easily find a large number of off-market sites on a monthly basis. Here in Mountbatten estates, we value teamwork, knowledge and learning for the betterment of everyone.
