Nitrate Mitigation Land 

New housing developments in the Chichester, Canterbury, and North Cornwall areas are now required to show Nitrate Neutrality. Mountbatten Estates are currently working with several landowners to release part or all of their land for the purpose of Nitrate Mitigation. Housebuilders need to offset the additional Nitrogen they are creating on their builds against agricultural farmland.

We have entered into several arrangements with farmers to rewild their land, which we can now bring forward to other developers
